The build

The first houses coming out of the ground

Foundations complete and the concrete structure going up: the first units already trace the low, horizontal profile of the scheme on site — nothing above 4.25 m, so that no house takes the view from another.

Work advances on simultaneous fronts, with Podium's own team and a schedule tracked week by week.

The name

The view came before the design

Before a single wall, the raw concrete opening already frames what the development sells: the sandbar where the Guaraíras river meets the Atlantic, at Tibau do Sul.

Each of the ten houses was positioned and oriented to protect that frame — hence The View.

The rigour

Structural design followed to the letter

Reinforcement cut and bent on site to the structural drawings and specification: foundations, block courses, roof beams, staircases and pools, sheet by sheet.

Building permit no. 036/2025 issued by SEMURB, Tibau do Sul — a licensed project, built exactly to the approved design.

The whole

Ten houses, 43% permeable ground

Even with ten units, the scheme keeps 1,161 m² of garden and 139 m² of breeze-block screens — 43.34% of the site permeable, in a development where planting is part of the product.

Covered parking for residents and five visitor spaces along the internal road complete the layout.
