Since 2010, Podium has immersed itself in projects of bold concept — houses born from a clear idea, respectful of the landscape, that have become architectural references in Rio Grande do Norte.
At the helm of Podium is Roberto Morais, “Portuga”. A Brazilian who lived in Portugal for years, he returned to Brazil to settle at Pipa Beach — bringing with him a European eye for contemporary living.
That restlessness gave rise to works such as Casa Giz and the Two Beams House — projects that put Tibau do Sul and this stretch of coast on the map of Brazilian signature architecture.
Every Podium house carries the same obsession: respect nature and turn a daring concept into a build executed with rigor, from the structural concrete to the last finish.
The first development: two buildings and 32 apartments, developed by Tropical and built by Podium — where the journey began.
On Giz Beach, 1,359 m² on a generous plot overlooking the sea. The natural beauty of the site inspired the entire concept of the house.
Held up by just two beams and four columns. From anywhere in the house: view, cross-ventilation and natural light.
130 m² lifted above the garden in the Vila Flor community — slatted timber, exposed concrete and a stair that lands on the grass.
